One of our favorite lakes that is minutes from Lake Tahoe. Very small but serene!

T-Ball

Eli started t-ball last week. He really loves it! The only 'lefty' on the team!

Again, upon our arrival home from Cape Cod, Tio Luciano made him a special lobster dinner. Talk about spoiled!

Water temperature was a little colder than Hilton Head, by 20 degrees!



A lot of people out on the 4th of July. Most people hadn't seen the sun for a couple of months so they were taking full advantage of the nice weather. While we were at the beach a runner would run up and down the length of the beach waving the American flag. Everyone would clap. It was very cool!

Upon our return from Narragansett, Joe's uncle Luciano made this clam, shrimp and crab over rice dish. Talk about a happy camper!

The Nubble Light house. To get to it you have to go by boat or get in a one person bucket and a pully system pulls you over the channel

Waiting for the trolley to take us back to Ogunquit. We got tired of waiting and walked the mile trail back. Much nicer trip!

Joe's uncle Luciano took us out to dinner at the Amigos da Terceira after we got back from Maine. We got to see a fabulous fireworks show from the minor league baseball field down the road.

Statue of Liberty

After we left the Statue of Liberty we went to Jersey City to Ferry street where there is a "Little Portugal". We had a tasty lunch at the Portugese restaurant Marisqueira where we all ate like kings!



After 10 hours in the car you would be tired too!

Westminster, Vermont

Eli, Peter and Kaden pose out front of the Westminster Fire Department which is all run by volunteers. Peter is the back up dispatcher for the station. They have quite the set up!



Laura, Kath and Judy went to shop at Basketville where they have every kind of basket known to man. These amazing animals were all woven with basket material, most of them life size!


Peter took us to his church where he played the organ for us and the boys got to ring the church bell
